5) Smart Commute 404-7 - This initiative, in association with the Markham Board of Trade and the various levels of government, encourages our business community to help reduce the number of single occupant vehicles traveling to and from the workplace. The project, while increasing employee health and morale, reduces gas usage, parking, emissions and traffic congestion, the cost of development and the need for occupancy space.
